Refund and Privacy Policy
Deposit payments are non-refundable after 72 hours. Balance payments are 100% refundable minus any costs incurred if cancellation is 14 days prior to the wedding. If money is being refunded to a credit card, a 3.5% service fee will be subtracted.
Deposits may be applied to postponements, but are not transferable to other parties. Postponements may be up to one year from originally scheduled ceremony. After that, a new deposit and service agreement are needed.
Within the 14 days period before your scheduled
wedding date, no refunds are issued.
